Heartwood & Helm creates one-of-a-kind wooden figures and story pieces rooted in nature and made for open-ended play. Each piece begins as wood and is shaped slowly by hand, with soft edges, visible grain, and a character all its own.
Our toys are hand-cut from poplar, carefully sanded and rounded, painted with non-toxic German Angora watercolors, and finished with jojoba oil and beeswax so the natural beauty of the wood can still shine through.
